30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without requesting a return first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages or Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Intimate or personal care items that have been worn or unsealed
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
